If you are trying to upload a video directly from a camcorder it might not process. If that happens then you may have to upload it to you computer
then try to upload it again, if that dose not work then try using a a different camcorder or a regular camera.

If you have a windows 2000 computer windows movie maker will not work, I know I had that same problem. I'll try my best to find a program that works for windows 2000, but so far theres nothing I can find.
